Name Your Fee's expert staff will begin by taking time to analyze your business requirements and unique organizational needs. Understanding your company's culture and goals will ensure we identify the right caliber of talent to fill your open positions. After speaking with you and your team regarding the intricacies of the role, we will develop our position scope document and begin our selection process.


Selection involves sifting through our vast database, industry networks and relationships generated over years spent in the Talent Acquisition vertical. We will then source, recruit, evaluate and present only the most qualified candidates. We will manage and facilitate the scheduling of interviews and debrief with both the candidate and hiring manager after each meeting in order to provide feedback to both parties. Finally, we will conduct a formal reference check and facilitate the conclusion of the search and partner with you regarding the on-boarding process.


Retained Search:


A retained search is preferred if your need is urgent or of a confidential executive nature. These positions are typically instrumental in the overall success of your business. Retained searches are given priority status and a dedicated research team. We will, as required, arrange a time to visit your office and meet with all key stakeholders involved in this important hiring decision. Based on these discussions, we will create the position profile, which serves as marketing collateral to be shared with prospective or referral candidates.


Our primary focus is to approach passive candidates who are excelling in their current position. If desired, we will provide you with a weekly update highlighting our progress. These results include key metrics of the search.  Selected finalists will undergo a thorough background and reference check.  These findings will be provided to you with a written summary.
